Titles can't be created, also it doesn't save titles in the thumbnail.

Bug Description
I have been trying to create titles for a video, but it doesn't work. I looked for a solution, but Open Shot doesn't add any image with the format .png or .svg as it used to be. OpenShot add images ".png" , but just like a image that can't be modified time's duration.
