Bug Description
On Ubuntu 13.04.
When trying to export a video, OpenShot always tries to export in $HOME/Desktop (whatever the user's language is).
When this directory exists, the video is correctly exported in it, even if we asked to export in another directory.
When it doesn't exist, an error message is displayed (here in french) : « Vous n'avez pas l'autorisation d'écrire dans ce dossier, merci de choisir un autre emplacement. » (approx. "you don't have authorization to write in this folder, please choose another place.").
