Effects don't apply until a certain value (at least brightnes, gamma and levels)

when applying an effect, there is no change, at least in the preview. Only if you put above or below an extrem value you can see the change, but 0.01 more or less nothing happends.
E.g. brightness, value 1.99 nothing, 2.0 works.

Another bug is that change volume to lower than 1 produce no sound, at least in the preview.

Anyway, great program, congrats!

At the moment any changes you make to effects are not shown in the preview until you move the video on at least 1 frame. Is that what you are doing?

unfortunately I'm not refearing to that, I already notice what you say, and
it's fine with me. For preview I mean when you play it in the project,
before exporting the video. I'm fact I have just checked that the problme
persist even when exporting it.
By the way, it also happends with transition's value, value of 100% works,
with 70% doesn't.
