When changing speed, the start position of a clip should be in the same place

Bug Description

When I change speed of a clip that starts not from 0:00, it's start position changes because of scale factor. This is very inconvenient and requires re-adjusting of clips when you change speed.

This also makes almost impossible to do things like

* cut a clip in 3 pieces
* speed up the middle piece

Please, make so that after speed is adjusted, the clip cutting positions remain the same.

I'm thinking at something for this bugs and others. You should update too
your version of Openshot (and MLT) and re-test again.
