encoding video has bad audio sync

the audio/video is out of sync when encoding in profile:web, target:youtube-hd, video profile:hd 720p 29.97fps, quality:high.
running linux mint 14, melt 0.8.2 snaub. using repositories "http://ppa.launchpad.net/sunab/kdenlive-release/ubuntu" and "http://ppa.launchpad.net/jonoomph/openshot-edge/ubuntu". running openshot 1.4.3.
