Bug Description

Invitation result without Firstname in Results GUI removes data without warning

1. Enter a surname in a new row in Results
2. Hit enter/tab
Result disappears. Focus should stay in Surname field, and status bar warning should occur, suggesting user enter a firstname before an invitation entry can be created.

This works.

However if I do this in javelin event, every time I hit enter/tab on Surname is creates a new row in the Attempt table.

Also if I switch focus to another row the surname still disappears, until I bring the focus back to that cell again

and the Attempt Table results seem to be unattributed to a resultID, because they show up for every competitor.

This bug seems to be wreaking havoc with the attemp table. Note to self, need to make sure Attempt Series works right once this is fixed committed.

a further fix has been added as the Enter button did not refocus on the cell correctly. However, to do this and not create an extra unused unregistered, I am using statics. If you shift the focus to another row the statics lose their value. This is because if the user does that it is assumed they made an error and the unregistered is not saved.
