Bug Description

The names of relay teams should be output in capitals in Official and Derived results.

Currently every name is smartcapitalised.

I am not sure I agree with this.

I think it should output in the same form it was input. Captilisation of the RelayTeam names is Shield specific. because that is how we abbreviate the group names.

Just checked the output. I think it is fine how it is.

I disagree. The argument made is that Relay Team names may not be auto-generated (e.g. House names). However, if they are, then they look pretty bad and cause a readability issue.

The inverse of this is do non-auto-generated names look bad in capitals. I don't think so. I think "MONASH B" has the same impact as "Monash B". Whereas "GHYMOP1" looks much better than "Ghymop1".

In this case we're talking about a team's name, not a person's name (you're not looking for a surname), so capitalizing it isn't going to be bad.
