Bug Description

Disciplines GUI will not load data from storage where "Abbrev" is NULL

1. Add Discipline but leave the Abbrev column blank
2. Close and reopen Openscore
Discipline will not load to GUI, but exists in storage and can be selected in other GUIs such as Meet Template

My fix for this was to prevent users tabbing from Abbrev if it was blank to prevent the situation happening in the first place.

Can we fix it so that it displays lines without an Abbreviation anyway, just in case it does happen somehow? It should be displaying everything that doesn't have an "X" in the deleted row.

I have changed it to only read in Disciplines that have a Name. I was trying to not read in null disciplines, so I needed to check if there were any values stored in them.
