Sorry, I forgot to elaborate.

The new row is only generated when a mouse is used to select the AgeGroup.

When only a keyboard is used to enter data, a new line is not created.

This did actually work if you typed in a constraint and were not just tabbing. However, I now have included some code that creates a new row when Tab or Enter is click IF the constraint is not Null.

This still doesn't work when you only use the tab or enter button, and use the up/down arrows to select from the combo boxes.

It works when you edit the last row with tab/enter, but for some reason the age combobox isn't creating a new row when you select a value with up/down.
