When in Omega fresh directory mode, file browser asks for CL files, instead of automatically going and getting the files created previously

When you connect to a "FRESH" directory you are telling the application to create a new set of files and place them in the directory you choose. If you select "Running directory" you connect to the files already created. If you are using CL files neither of these applies as OpenScore is not creating any files it is instead reading omega CL files which is a completely different way of reading in the input. So when you want to read CL files you need to select the specific file each time. Selecting the CL directory at the start tells OpenScore that is the method you are going to use and it saves the directory so the user opens straight to the required directory.
Or have I misinterpreted this bug?
