Group dropdown for results of multi-group competitors in Results GUI cannot be changed.

Also, when prefilling for such a competitor, the group should default to the first group in their list in the Competitors table. It currently defaults to the first alphabetical group.

This was fixed a while ago as far as showing the competitors. However, as competitors may be competing for multiple groups in concurrent competitons we cannot 'fully' fix this problem and do not wish to go down tht path. Instead, the group should be related to either the entries for the event or to the teams scoring in that event. With the later, a competitor would show as one group with one competition and as another group in the concurrent competition. This has yet to be implemented.

This is not fixed. If I add a competitor to two groups, I cannot select the second group in for one of their results in the Results GUI. It just reverts back to the primary group.
