Need to be able to merge two meets from distinct data sources. For example:

Select Merge Meets, select Input and Output Data sources, select which Meet from Input would you like to merge with which Meet from Output

The system then needs to check (if $eventID exists, then try $i++), modify $eventID accordingly, and append both events and competitor results to the required CSVs. Because you can have the same event "name" listed twice, it's up to the user to delete the one without any results.

Combining the events is too hard for the moment. It's not hard to get the data entrists to only do certain events, which makes merging a lot easier for now
