Bug Description

Events List needs a Time Trial round or equivalent. When using the Results GUI it always assumes that Heats are being performed. In situations such as marathons, road races, triathlon, cross country etc., all competitors start at the same time and so need a single results list for all competitors (Finals Only).

Other disciplines may require a time trial situation where competitors start and finish a course before the next starts. I do not know how often this occurs in traditional athletics, but cycling and a heap of other disciplines do use time trials. We should accomodate for it all the same. This may be easily overcome once bug #309226 is fixed.

Currently Heats Only means there is only 1 round of competition. This would imply mean Time Finals. Heats/Finals means there are 2 rounds of competition, ie a progression from round 1 to round 2. Similarly Heats/Semi/Finals means 3 rounds of competitions with progression from each round to the next, and Heats/Quarters/Semis/Finals means 4 rounds of competition.

Should we just use the numbers 1,2, 3, 4 instead and users can consider what they mean for themselves? The names do not actually do anything in and of themselves. The rounds are relevent to scheduling in Championships and also for photofinish where an event will get sent such as 52-2-3, event 52, round 2 heat 3. In most situations in AV athletics there will be 1 round only(possibly several heats though).

Ideas?
