Bug Description
Need a GUI for allocating people to heats based on previous performance
Takes previous performances, puts them in list, and give you column to allow you to allocate what heat they're in.
Speeds up heat allocation, and keeps teams honest

Have a working version, however on includes those with previous perfomances so far.
