Creating subgroup of subgroup does not default change details to new subsubgroup

When creating a subgroup of subgroup in Premeet>Groups GUI, the Group Name/ID panel does not default to the new subsubgroup, but instead to the subgroup you highlighted in order to create the child entry. This causes the user to rename the pre-existing subgroup, leaving the new subsubgroup details blank.

Adding deleting subGroups now works correctly in the gui and in the Groupps.csv file. However, the GroupsRelationships.csv file still does not get written to so after closing the application and reopening previous subgroups are listed at the top level.
Committed to the Cranbourne branch so it needs to be ported across to the main branch.

The fix is now in the main trunk. However the relationships are still not being saved so once the application is closed then reopened the subgroups are not correct.

This is still not fixed.

Steps to replicate:
1. Create Group "A"
2. Create Subgroup "B"
3. Create subsubgroup of "B". Type in "C" to the blank panel on the right.
This will overwrite the name of subgroup "B".

The problem is that the focus is not shifted to the new subsubgroup in the left hand navpanel when you press the Create Subgroup button.
