Bug Description
DRAFT
Add the following command line functions:
--list-calculations # list completed calculations -> "<calc id>: <calc description>"
--list-outputs <calc id> # list outputs for a given calculation -> "<output id>: <output type>"
--export <output id> --output-dir <some dir> # export the select outputs to the specified directory
