Version 2.0 of the QA tests.
There was an error in the expected results for the last 2 loss ratios of the LREM. In Addition, the number of decimal places have been increased to improve confidence in the test.

Version 3.0.
The expected results were computed using cubic interpolation while OpenQuake used linear interpolation, therefore slightly changes were being observed. Updated results have been computed using the same approach (linear).
