To make our calculation flow more configurable, the UHS tasks code should be reworked to support multiple sites per task.

After some discussion with the team, we decided it was best to stick with 1 site per task (in the troubleshooting we've done with large calculations on the cluster, we found that 1 site tasks gave the best performance).
