These are missing (from the java calculator):
- vs30 type
- depth to 1.0 km/sec

In the computeMatrix() method in DisaggregationCalculator.java, these two parameters need to be added to the Site object. https://github.com/gem/openquake/blob/master/java/org/gem/calc/DisaggregationCalculator.java#L142
