Bug Description
As the part of the 'reduce' phase of the Disaggregation calculator, we need to get the matrix HDF5 file results back to the control node so that the user can view their results.
These files can be large so we need something like a network file system in place.

NFS share on gemsun02 is now mounted by default on 03 and 04. The path is /var/lib/openquake on all three machines. The directory is writable only by openquake user on all three.
Remember that root rights are squashed on nfs-mounted shares. Don't be surprised to find that root can not write to /var/lib/openquake on gemsun03 and gemsun04.
