FE tool - fault section join API client integration

Once the Django API one to many join for a fault section is in place (bug 843793) the client need to be updated to reflect this change as follows:
The Geologist selects a number of traces to be joined into one fault section, this is done by selecting (clicking) in the map region or the grid (southern region) of the user interface
Multiple traces are then joined to make fault sections
**The fault section is comprised of the trace geometry**
A many (traces) to many (fault sections) relationship is made in the database.
The Geologist fills in a fault section summary form for each fault section.
