Bug Description
When harmonisation occurs, measure values are converted to a target scale.
However, a measure has also a standard error for the value expressed in the native scale, and such standard error should be converted to a standard error related to the target scale.
Then, similarly to the magnitude conversion formula, the user should be able to specify a conversion formula for standard error.
