[upstream] autosaves non-modified document

This is an upstream issue and not the most important one. When opening and only reading a document, I see that the document is autosaved (the progress bar runs) even if I have made no changes to it. The "save" button is grayed out.

I can see the saved version in ~/.openoffice.org/3/user/backup/name.doc_0.odt

This is when opening an "MS Word" .doc document, I don't know if it is limited to that.

Can you please test with the official openoffice.org from http://openoffice.org and then if it still happens file this bug in their bug tracker at http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html and add the bug number back to this report?

Is the reason to check the newest build, or do you have Ubuntu patches which may affect this?

There are no new official OpenOffice.org releases in Ubuntu packaging anymore => Won't Fix

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to allow cross pollination.
