Steps to reproduce:

1) Open Writer with a new document.
2) Insert an OLE object. (I created an OO.o drawing from new).
1) Right-click on the object.
2) Select "Object..." from the context menu. The Object dialog appears.
3) Select the "Macro" tab

I get a pop-up dialog "JRE Required" with the text "OpenOffice.org requires a Java runtime environment (JRE) to perform this task. Please install a JRE and restart Openoffice.org. Please install the openoffice.org-java-common package for this functionality."

This dialog appears once for each macro (in total, about 15 times). It should only appear once.

This is on a clean installation of Ubuntu 8.04 Desktop.

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to allow cross pollination.
