Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.
1) The release of Ubuntu I am using: 8.04 - Hardy Heron
2) The version of the package I am using: 1:2.4.0-3ubuntu6
3) What I expected to happen
When nothing is selected, the table background tool should set the background of the active cell.
4) What happened instead:
It sets the background of the current paragraph, just as the text background tool does.

It also displays the text background colour even though the table background colour is not set.
