After, I selected all columns and changed text direction in vertical (by table menu accessible by a right-click on the table). Now I cannot resize columns or the row dimension by dragging and dropping borders by mouse. This problem affect version 2.2.0 on Ubuntu 7.04 and version 2.3.0 on Windows XP.
