I can confirm this bug. oofice crashes each time I start it.
I'am using a AMD K6-2 with 300 MHz and a Matrox Graphics MGA G200 AGP graphic card.
I tried with 128 MB and 256 MB RAM. I also tried with vesa xorg-driver and with mga.

I attached the Stacktrace I get, when I run ooffice -calc.
Does anybody know, what is causing that problem and whether there is a work-around?

Thank you very much
Christian

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I switched to Debian. There I didn't have this problem. I cannot try out
the new Ubuntu release because the computer is at my father who lives
300km away. So I don't mind if you close the bug.
