Bug Description

Kubuntu 9.04 on Amd Sempron with Scribblers PPA enabled; OpenOffice 3.1 has been fine until recent update (within last 5-10 days). OpenOffice no longer starts, briefly showing the splash screen. Launching from CLI gets no errors.

/var/log/messages gets a line similar to the following for each attempt to start:

Jun 25 17:07:13 desktop kernel: [14827.021659] soffice.bin[12107]: segfault at b ip b7a2c054 sp bfa456f4 error 4 in libpthread-2.9.so[b7a23000+15000]

Have cleaned apt cache and reinstalled with similar results. Let me know if additional information is needed.
