Bug Description

Hi guys!

RNG does not allow to use the "help" attribute on a field element. However, it could be very useful, and moreover it works OK if you add the attribute by inheritance.

I agree with you ,

"Help" attribute is vary useful feature with field and this feature
should be allow with field, "Help" attribute working with field
when you used xpath.
