Bug Description
Hello Great People from OpenERP,
I'am a Partner form Perú.
Can you please include de currency from Perú in the next series of OpenERP Server 6.0 and 6.1
My suggestion.
res.currency.name = "Sol(es)", Not ISO4217 because no one knows in Perú what PEN means
res.currency.symbol = "S/."
Thks

Hello Cristian, I'm working in lp:openerp-peru (trunk)
That Branch have the chart and types of accounts, 2 taxes and the wizard but not the currency.
Can you tell me what's the best to do?, include in peru-trunk or open a new peru-branch only for the currency?
Thks

hello,
the best is to add the currency in base (so a merge proposal in the official branch).
on l10n_pe, in your branch, it's a good practice to set the currency on the main company
thanks

@Pepe as Fabien says, you need branch server and add your currency there and propose to merge it, in your l10n_pe set the currency.
Regards,
Thank U, Fabien and Cristian,
