I have checked issue with latest server revision and could not met this error.

Would you please give us more information to reproduce the error?

This can surely be the error with a module not compatible to current trunk version as the model 'ir.tule.group' exists no more.

I am closing the for now.

Let us know which module fails the installation.(if multi_company_* or portal, there already exists a bug probably.)
