Bug Description
When generating a report from the web client, the HTTP request content is always assigned with a PDF report type, even if the actual report type is other (GTK client works properly in this regard).
Using pdb, I traced back up to the bootstrap sequence and I'm quite convinced that the HTTP request is actually received from the web client with instructions to produce the report in PDF (i.e. looks like report_type = 'pdf' is hard coded when building the request in the web client).
