notes formatting not displayed when printing quotations

Bug Description
When adding formatting to the note of a sale order line (indentation, multiple line breaks between paragraphs, ...) upon printing the formatting isn't conserved so all the lines are left-aligned and jumbled together.
Happens in both web and gtk clients.
This makes notes harder to read and quite bad looking.
It would also be nice to have actual formatting in note (italics, bolds, lists bullets, ...)
