Bug Description
the "data-dir" setting set on command line or in configuration file will be ignored, the value in my-default is used instead.
The reason is that http module is loaded when import openerp, and the session dir will be calculated even before the command line options and configuration file have been processed
a simple solution is to remove the 'import http' from openerp/__init__.py
