Header/Footer NO translation in the rml reports

Bug Description
In the company header are the words "Phone" and "Mail". This words are not translated and I couldn't find any hint how to translate them.
In the footer are the words "Website", "Email", "Phone", "TIN", "Fax", "Bank Account" and "Bank Accounts". This words get translated only once into the language of the users GUI who created it and that is not sufficient too.
The header and footer are used in most of the external reports like sales request, sales order, PO, ... etc. hence, that words must be translated into the partners language.
Actually there is something more to consider for the footer. To transfer money to a bank account you need the BIC and the account number. So the BIC has to be added in the footer. Futher more, companys are using different accounts for different currency, hence it would be appropriate to make the account selectible for each language.
