Bug Description
Hello,
we are going to backup of openerp database form then database panel.
Now when trying to do backup of database and giving password 'admin'
It says access "AccessDenied"
Where creating database, or drop database working well.
Please hope you people response in optimal time.

I can't reproduce the problem, either you may be using old version. And mainly this issue is already has been fix released on lp:1155523. And its a similar issue. So, I am duplicating this.
