Bug Description

The manpages seems to need a refresh. Some observations:
- The openerp-serverrc page needs to be renamed to openerp-server.conf,
the name of the installed file - it's otherwise hard to find (been there...)
- openerp-serverrc only lists about half of the available options as of config.py.
Although some options might be deemed to obscure to be mentioned in the
manpage things like logfile and log_level definitely needs to be described.
- openerp-server has a standard reference to non-existing info files.
- openerp-server has no reference to the openerp-serverrc manpage.

Note that the config file manpage is the only way for users to find info on config options. The openerp-server has a auto-generated --help which obviously "just works". The config file has nothing of the kind, even though many
config options are related to the openep-server command line options.

Another way of providing config info would be to distribute a more full-fledged openerp-server.conf template with
all options present but commented. Perhaps easier to maintain.
