Bug Description
Hi,
I have just updated my copy of openerp, but set default doesn't seem to be functioning as expected
You have not informed bzr of your Launchpad ID, and you must do this to
write to Launchpad or access private data. See "bzr help launchpad-login".
Branched 3466 revision(s).
openerp@debian:~$
Steps to replicate issue
1. Create a test1 user
2. Under access rights tab->add "see own leads" to Sales
3. Save
4. Click on "More" button at the top
5. Click on "set default"
6. Input choices as per attached image
7. Click on "Save Default"
Try to create test2 user.
Access Rights defaults (i.e. "see own leads") did not appear.

Not sure if it helps, but when you set the default, a new row is created under database table "ir_values".
But this is not reflected when creating a new user.
