Bug Description
installing base_crypt module on a newly created OpenERP 6.1 install throws with a concurrent update error, even though I'm the only one logged in. it can login afterwards, and the passwords are hashed in the DB.
Setup:
ubuntu 12.04 LTS
python 2.7.3
postgresql 9.1
openerp 6.1.1

Will retry this. Started getting concurrency update errors for everything, so restarted server and db.
