Module creation chapter is unuseable

http://doc.openerp.com/v6.0/developer/2_4_module_development/module_creation.htm is badly lacking and completely unsuitable as a tutorial to module creation:

* the referenced travel.zip module gives a 404 error, and you can dig out an outdated version with still the __terp__.py file instead of an __openerp__.py file

* the whole thing gives an impression from afar of being a set of step by step instructions until you try to read it accurately and to follow these steps and find out that it is full of non sequitur

* the instructions to copy stuff from other modules mix up accounting and hr modules
