paragraph coming before a centered image gets also center align

Bug Description

Hello,

While creating pdf files from rst sources, every time an image is centred, the previous paragraph gets centred, too.

E.g. /source/book/4/4_11_HR/index.rst (but there are plenty of examples...). This behaviour is NOT reproduced in the 'make html' process.
