Blank page in Technical Memento

Hi!

There seems to be some problems in the Technical Memento version 0.7.4 PDF:

- Page 10 is blank;
- The right column in page 9 is mostly blank;
- The left column in page 11 is blank;
- The section about Internationalization is missing.

It looks like there was some kind of problem in the conversion from the original document to PDF. Comparing the PDFs for versions 0.7.3 and 0.7.4, the section about Internationalization should appear between the sections about Webservices/XML-RPC and Performance Optimization, but this part of the file is blank and the section about Performance Optimization has been pushed two pages forward.

I hope this can help find the issue.
