numeric column headers right adjustment

IMHO column headers of numeric columns should be right adjusted
see screenshot - it is difficult to read

For this type of usability issue,
i give one suggestion like we can put separator or add right border between all columns of list view ?

So, as per your requirement temporary i give you one patch for it.
You can apply that patch on your local code.

IMHO the patch does NOT move the text in the headers of numeric columns to the right

AFAICS it adds a vertical line in the body of the table (which is good) but not in the header

After discussion with apr, titles will *not* be right-aligned for numerical columns, but borders were added to table body cells.
