Bug Description

This appears in 5.0.7 and wasn't in 5.0.6

When I create a new entry of the current timesheet, the default hour is GMT-0 even tough I'm in GMT+1 and that it is specified in my user preferences (in OpenERP) and my regional settings (in Windows).

Hello,

We are unable to reproduce this bug on Windows XP, Would you plz provide us more information like which timezone set on your windows XP and GTK client, what time difference you get when create a new entry of the current timesheet, static data of your example

I retested on OpenERP 6 RC1 on Windows (last known Windows package) and I cannot reproduce this bug. It correctly considers the timezone in the user preferences.
