Search Panel : Clicking on filters forgets basic action domain

Bug Description
Working on the latest trunk version.
When I go to the menu Warehouse > Warehourse Management > Incoming shipment, I will see all packing where "Shipping Type" = Getting Goods. Then I want to use one defined filters (like "Picking to be invoiced"), so I'll get all incoming shipment that are ready to be invoiced. Now, I want to get back to my list of all Incoming shipments, so I click on "Filters" to return to my original list and the problem is that it will gives me the list of all packings (means Incoming shipment + internal moves + delivery order + ...). There's no filter anymore on Incoming shipments only. That happens for any other packing list, if you use on of the filters, then want to return to the list, it will give all packings without any checking.
