Hiting CTRL-R doesn't refresh right side menu translation

Bug Description
I am using the lastest trunk version with GTK client.
When you change the current user language in preferences, then hit the CTRL-R buttons, only the left side of the menu will be translated, not the right side.
Eg:
Left side:
Partenaires
Tableaux de bord
Produits
Ressources humaines
...
Right side (still in English):
Configuration
Partners
Addresses
Contacts
...
To get them in french you need to disconnect and reconnect the client.
