some encoding and translation error on calendar view

Bug Description

On calendar view, some label are not translated, month name have some encoding problem (encoding problem appear only on windows).
Look at the picture attached, it should be more understandable.

openobject-client: windows build rc3 from openerp.com
openerp user language settings: fr_FR

Invalid for the french translations of "Day", "Month", "Week".

I will check on Windows with the name of the month.

I have the same problem. But not in the navigate, It's in the week label.

And It's fix released?

openobject-client: 5.0.6 release version for windows allinone.
openerp user language settings: zh_CN
