[RC1] Back/Forward when search by name doesn't return a result

When use Forward Button, search criteria doesn't return a result

To reproduce this bug:

- Create a new database in minimal profile.
- Goto to Administration -> Modules management -> Modules
- Click to Forward
- Search "sale" module
it doesn't appear on the list
- Click on Back
The line with sale module appear.

The bug is present when offset is greater than the number of record. When press search (or enter), the search must reset the offset fields

This is not a bug. you need to change your offset on new search.

The main aim of offset is to to display the record starting form that offset+1.

i.e if u search for 'sale' and the query results only 10 records but you are providing offset greater than 10 so that will not display any record.

I can't satisfy with this answer, If the customer search and forgot to reset offset, he can't find a result, an create a new one instead.

The customer is only a keyboard/chair interface, not a developper :)
