Client translations files (.mo) are not loaded

Bug Description

The .mo translations files are not loaded when the client is started.

I think the openerp-client.mo files in

bin/share/locale/es/LC_MESSAGES
bin/share/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES
...

must be changed to

openerp-client.mo

Also the bin/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES directory is missing for the catalan translation. At this moment, the catalan translation of the client is finished in launchpad.

Only the tinerp-client.po files in bin/share/locale/??/LC_MESSAGES have been changed to openerp-client.mo

The bin/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES directory is missing for the catalan translation. At this moment, the catalan translation of the client is 100% finished in launchpad.
