Bug Description
Observed in v6. server 3569, addons 5004, web 4755.
The department_id field in the hr expense is automatically filled in the gtk client, not in the web client.
To reproduce:
install hr_expense in a fresh DB with demo data, add group "extended view" to the demo user.
Log in with demo, create a new expense with the gtk client: department_id is filled.
With the web client: department_id is blank.
That field is important in our situation, because we use it to determine the employee's manager.
It is very likely that something similar happens elsewhere, for example in the hr_holiday.

Is that a fix for another bug? I suggest making it a bit more public by committing with --fixes, and making a merge proposal. More eyes can see better and avoid regressions )
